The South Carolina High School league is releasing information regarding this year’s high school football state championship games.

With Williams-Brice Stadium being unavailable this season due to COVID-19, they had to look elsewhere.

The league announced Benedict College and Spring Valley High School as the two locations for this year’s championship games.

The 5A, 4A, and 1A championships will be played at Benedict.

The 2A and 3A games will be at Spring Valley.

The league, led by commissioner Jerome Singleton, also discussed capacity and health guidelines regarding game days.

Capacity for the games at Spring Valley High School will be around 1,500.

When it comes to those title games at Benedict, the capacity will be approximately 2,000.

The SCISA state championship games are taking place this weekend in Charleston.

The SCISA 3A football state title game is between Hammond and Laurence Manning and will be played at Charleston Southern University.

Game time is set for 7 pm on Friday, November 20th.
